Our mission is to inspire, empower, and educate every child in a safe, supportive, and caring environment. We provide a rigorous, well-rounded curriculum that fosters independence and a passion for learning. Our program consists of children, parents, staff, and community working together to provide students the skills necessary to emerge as proud successful members of society.
Fay’s Language Immersion Program is taught in the 90/10 model. Students in kindergarten and first grade receive 90% of their instruction in Spanish and 10% in English. Each subsequent year, English is gradually increased into the program. By the 4th and 5th grade, instructional time will be 50% in English and 50% in Spanish. Students will develop fluency in both languages.
This unique program offers students the opportunity to learn and excel in two languages, English and Spanish. Instruction is provided in both languages. This specialized program promotes bilingualism, biliteracy, grade-level academic achievement, and positive cross-cultural awareness.
