PBE offers:
- Differentiated instruction for all learners, including GATE and GATE/Seminar
- Partnership with San Diego Youth Science to facilitate science programs that encourage students’ active engagement through hands-on learning and inquiry-driven experiences that allow students to explore and communicate understanding about real world scientific phenomena.
- Lessons in the Visual and Performing Arts (Dance, Music and Art) for all students grades TK-5
- Additional Music Classes for students in grades 4 & 5
- The Arts Attack art program which won praise from the San Diego Unified School District's VAPA organization
