Welcome to Gage Elementary school. At Gage we believe that in order to achieve success the school, family, and community must work together. We welcome and encourage family involvement at school and provide many opportunities for families to get involved. We know that igniting a student's excitement for learning is the best way to ensure continued academic growth. Children need to question the environment around them and continually wonder about their world. Our goal is to ignite that excitement for learning in all students.
Gage Elementary is located in an established San Carlos neighborhood consisting of single family houses and apartment units. The school serves a richly diverse ethnic/racial population. Accomplishing our goal of proficiency for all students takes continuous work from the entire Gage community: staff, students, and parents. We work diligently to make our campus parent friendly. To provide parents with more opportunities for involvement in their child's education, we offer hands-on family nights for a variety of topics such as: science, literacy, and math.
